Mr. Puri was head of Merchant Banking Division at Khandwala Securities Ltd and prior to that he was head of the Listing Department at Delhi Stock Exchange. His biggest strength is his ability to spot opportunities and creating a blueprint to realizing value from those opportunities. Networking and relationships with large corporate clients come naturally to him. He has forged excellent relationships in the corporate and investor circles and this enables the Company to capitalize quickly on emerging opportunities and sectors .Mr. Puri's expertise lies in his deep knowledge of the regulatory environment and ensuring corporate compliance. He is a Law Graduate, a Company Secretary and CGA (Canada).

Mr. Jagwani has over 12 years of experience in International business, and has been a successful entrepreneur. His excellent execution skills and insights in the nuances of international business assisted him in his entrepreneurial venture as an importer and distributor of Apparels and Accessories at an international level.

He was based out of Poland and has strong business relationships across Europe. Mr.Jagwani’s penchant for challenging assignments and his expertise in International Business give him an edge in developing business both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Manseta brings an experience of over 5 year of capital market with him to Atherstone. His experience spans across the entire investment banking spectrum of Origination; Research and Execution.
